Group functioning
The hydropnematic group performs the starting and stopping system through the digital pressure switch. As soon as water is consumed, the first supply is made from the autoclave. When the pressure drops to the start setting level, the pump starts to work. The pump stops automatically as soon as it reaches the stop pressure, which was set on the pressure switch.

This system is supplied with a JET-type electric pump, silent, with excellent performance and a fully anti-rust fiber autoclave, combining high mechanical robustness with low weight, distinguished by its long life and easy installation.

The group is equipped with an electronic pressure switch with integrated digital pressure gauge ( Switchmatic2 ). Allows you to manage the starting and stopping of single-phase electric pumps up to 2.2 kW (3 HP). Pressures are easily adjustable via the control panel. Electrification is carried out in the same way as a traditional electromechanical pressure switch. It can be used as a differential pressure switch, reverse pressure switch or simply with maximum and minimum pressure. This unit included reading of the instantaneous current consumed. This patented system controls and manages over-intensity, dry running and rapid operating cycles (lack of air in the autoclave).

Two-pole induction type electric motor, closed and self-ventilated, suitable for continuous operation, with IP44 degree of protection and class B insulation. Single-phase 230V - 50Hz with permanent capacitor. Motors must be thermally protected by the user.
