Product Description

Quadro de Alternância com Alarme

Control and protection of electric pumps used in hydropneumatic power stations or for pumping effluents with 2 electric pumps

Apresentação

- Plastic box 300x250x140 mm in gray ABS RAL7035 with hinge and transparent polycarbonate cover.
- Contacts and Danfoss / WEG thermal relays.
- Toggle relay for toggle and simultaneity command
- Sound and light alarm included
- Automatic, manual or off operation, independently controlled by each pump using a 3-position switch with protective cap.
- Operation of the audible alarm in automatic, test or off mode, using a 3-position switch with protective cap, without interfering with the light alarm.
- Connection with reduced voltage (12V) for remote start (C31-C32, C41-C42) and stop (C21-C22) command of motors (pressure switch, float or others).
- Connection with reduced voltage (12V) for remote safety command (C11-C12) (pressure switch, float or other).
- Connection with reduced voltage (12V) for remote alarm command (C51-C52) (pressure switch, float or other).
- Protection of the command circuit through a circuit breaker.
- Protection of the power circuit against short circuits through a circuit breaker.
- Protection of the power circuit against overloads through thermal relay.
- Indication of phase presence in the control circuit (yellow indicator).
- Individual indication of engine on (green lights).
- Individual indication of thermal trip (red flags).
- Indication of alarm on (red light and audible alarm)
- 6 cable glands, for passing the connection cables.

Como Funciona

Once all the connections have been made correctly, the thermal relays must be adjusted according to the rated currents of the motors. The panel must have all signals turned off, except for the presence of the command circuit phase.

With the switches in position (AUT), whenever the level reaches the start command for the 1st pump (C31-C32), one of the pumps will be turned on alternately, only turning off when the level drops to the stop level (C21-C22). If the level rises to the simultaneity level (start command of the 2nd pump C41-C42), the 2 pumps will start operating simultaneously, only switching off both when the level drops to the stop level (C21-C22).

Opening the safety command (C11-C12) switches off the pumps, regardless of the indications of the start, stop and switches commands (if in automatic mode). If you do not intend to use the safety command, it must be closed using a "shunt".

Whenever the alarm command (C51-C52) closes, the light alarm and the sound alarm will be turned on, which can be turned off using the respective switch.

With the control circuit switch in position (I), the corresponding pump turns on, regardless of the status of the start, stop and safety commands.

The triggering of any of the thermal relays due to overload (red lights), causes the corresponding pump to remain off regardless of the indications of any of the commands.
