Product Description

Quadro de Alternância

Command and protection with alternation of 2 electric pumps.

Apresentação

- Plastic Box 460x448x160 mm in ABS gray RAL7035 and lid with transparent window.
- Schneider contactors.
- Toggle relay for toggle and simultaneity command.
- Digital electronic relay for command and protection of electric pumps.
- MCS-12 module that allows automatic, manual or off operation, independently controlled by each pump using a 3-position switch.
- Connection with reduced voltage (12V) for remote starting/stopping of motors (C21-C22, C31-C32) (pressure switch, float or other).
- Connection with reduced voltage (12V) for general safety remote control (C11-C12) (pressure switch, float or other).
- Protection of the command circuit through a circuit breaker.
- Protection of the power circuit against short circuits and overloads through a circuit breaker.
- Indication of command circuit voltage presence (yellow LED on the toggle relay).
- Individual indication of motor on (green LED's on the MCS-12 module).
- Individual indication of pump error (thermal trip or lack of water) (red LEDs on the MCS-12 module).

Como Funciona

Once all the connections have been made correctly, the panel must have all the signals turned off except for the yellow LED on the toggle relay, which indicates the presence of the command circuit phase.
With the MCS-12 module switches in the (AUT) position, whenever the 1st pump start command (C21-C22) closes, one of the pumps will be turned on alternately. If the 2nd pump start command (C31-C32) closes, the 2 pumps will start operating simultaneously. If this command reopens, it will turn off the pump that has been running the longest. If, during operation, a PRObomba relay verifies a consumption higher than the maximum parameter or lower than the minimum parameter for more than 4 seconds, the respective pump switches off and the cause of the defect is indicated on the respective red LED of the MCS-12 module and on the display of the respective Relay” EIH” - overcurrent error or ”EIL” - undercurrent error. If the anomaly detected was due to an undercurrent, the automatic reset will be attempted 3 times with intervals of 5min., 5min. (factory default value but with the possibility of being changed by the user), the last reset being attempted after 99 min. at the end of which the relay switches off definitively. If the anomaly detected was due to an overcurrent, the pump switches off and the relay does not attempt any reset. Manual resetting can be performed using the “RST” reset key on the Probomba Relay.
Whenever during operation it is verified that the supply voltage is higher than the maximum parameter or lower than the minimum parameter (factory default values) for more than 4 seconds, the display of the PRObomba Relay shows “EUH” every 4 seconds - error overvoltage or ”EUL” - undervoltage error).
Opening the general safety command (C11-C12) switches off the pumps, regardless of the indications of the start/stop commands and the MCS-12 module switches (if in automatic mode). If you do not intend to use the safety command, it must be closed using a "shunt".
With the control circuit switch in position (I), the corresponding pump turns on, regardless of the status of the start/stop and safety commands.
