Modo de Funcionamento

Once all the connections have been made correctly, the motor-circuit breakers must be adjusted according to the motors' rated currents. After turning on the main switch, the switchboard must show all signals turned off, except for the presence of the command circuit phase.

With the switches in position (AUT), whenever the level reaches the start command for the 1st pump (C31-C32), one of the pumps will be turned on alternately, only turning off when the level drops to the stop level (C21-C22). If the level rises to the simultaneity level (2nd pump start command) (C41-C42), the 2 pumps will start operating simultaneously, only switching off both when the level drops to the stop level (C21-C22). Whenever the alarm command (C51-C52) closes, the alarm signal (red signal light) and the audible alarm will be turned on, the latter being able to be turned off using the respective switch.

Opening the general safety command (C11-C12) switches off the pumps, regardless of the start, stop and switch indications (if in automatic mode). If you do not intend to use a safety command, it must be closed using a "shunt".

With the control circuit switch in position, the corresponding pump turns on, regardless of the status of the start, stop and safety commands.

The tripping of any of the motor-circuit breakers due to overload or short-circuit (red lights), in addition to activating the alarm, causes both pumps or the corresponding pump to remain off, regardless of the indications of any of the commands.
