Product Description

Salt electrolysis by INNOWATER

ECONOMIC
The system saves 80% on maintenance and 100% on the purchase of unnecessary chemicals. After amortizing the equipment, the production cost is only 10% of the cost of a conventional chlorination system. Installation, even in large pools, is very simple and does not require civil works.

ECOLOGICAL
Chlorine is generated through a renewable process, at the end of which it returns to its initial state in the form of salt. No external chemical species are added to the water to be treated and no preservatives are used. The local production of chlorine avoids the emission of CO and the consumption of energy generated by its transport.

EFFECTIVE
The system generates pure chlorine in gaseous form (CL), whose disinfectant power is far superior to that of commercial hypochlorites. This chlorine completely dissolves in water at a precise rate, without adding derivatives or preservatives. The high concentration of chlorine in the cell destroys contaminants that cannot be removed with the addition of commercial hypochlorite, such as chloramines and organic residues from body lotions. A second disinfectant effect is provided by the strong electric field in the cell. The result is a double and more powerful disinfection process.

HEALTHY
Chlorine is obtained in pure form and without derivatives, which minimizes the formation of by-products. After the end of the disinfection and oxidation process, the chlorine returns to salt in the pool glass. Residual build-up over time of chemical compounds associated with conventional chlorination is prevented.
The existence of a small concentration of salt in the pool water constitutes a natural antiseptic that prevents the formation of bacteria and algae, acting gently on the bather's skin. This low concentration of salt, close to that of a tear in the eye, does not cause eye or dermatological irritation and, on the contrary, acts as a natural antiseptic on the skin of bathers.

RIGHT
Chlorine is produced and dissolved in water automatically. Handling and storing hazardous chemicals disappears, thus eliminating the risk of fire or explosion. The corrosive atmosphere and bad odors in the pool purification rooms are also avoided, improving working conditions and equipment conservation.

Benefits:
A more efficient current is obtained which allows generating more chlorine per ampere.
High resistance to hostile environments.
Detachable power cord: allows quick and easy intervention.
Easy connection to the cell (without nuts), through thermoelectric rubber cable (watertight).
Specific characteristics: Self-cleaning cell (inverse polarity).
Bipolar cell: one of the electrode surfaces behaves as a cathode and the other as an anode, during the same polarity cycle.
Elimination of forced air ventilation: great resistance to corrosive atmospheres and notable reduction of failures.
Illuminated LCD screen: with interface in Portuguese and easy to use.
Wall mounting with stainless steel support.
Technical specifications: Chlorine production: 10, 15, 20, 30 and 50 g/h.
Salt concentration: 4 g/l - sea water.
Cell duration: 10-50 g/h: 14,000 h; 100-150 g/h: 20,000 h.
Maximum water flow: 10-30: 450 l/min; 50: 600 l/min.
Maximum pressure: 4.8 bar.
Pressure drop: 0.025 bar.
Cell Material: Polycarbonate.
Electrode material: Titanium grade 1.
Polarity cycle: 1 to 12 h.
Protection: Body: IP65.

External control: the salt machine includes a dry contact that allows control of the machine through an automatic cover or an external device.
If its cover is in place, the machine decreases the % of chlorine production.
