EDS PW fixed membrane autoclave

EDS autoclaves with non-replaceable membrane are particularly suitable for a wide range of applications, including booster systems, thermal expansion, irrigation systems and water hammer absorption (hydraulic shock) .

The EDS series with non-replaceable diaphragm consists of a virgin polypropylene liner with a WRAS certified high-grade butyl diaphragm. This diaphragm is attached to the inner wall of the tank by means of a steel ring. The bronze air valve, sealed with a screw-on O-ring cap, prevents air leaks. Water enters the vessel through a stainless steel connection. Both the diaphragm and the liner are reinforced in the areas subject to greatest wear, thus increasing the service life of the tank. All internal parts, including the air valve, are rounded to prevent the diaphragm from puncturing under extreme conditions. The water connection has a unique air/water seal that provides the vessel with total hermeticity and makes any type of maintenance unnecessary.

Externally, the almond-colored polyurethane paint finish over an epoxy base coat provides hundreds of hours of protection against UV rays and sea spray.

EDS Autoclaves with non-replaceable membrane are subjected to several quality tests at all stages of the production chain to guarantee the structural integrity of all manufactured vessels.
