Honda has added two new top-of-the-range lawnmower models to its extensive range of equipment.

The new model   HRN536 VY has a new 53cm cutting deck, and is equipped with a Honda GCVx170 engine, a reference in the market.

It features several improvements over the previous models HRG536 - IZY53 , making it even more versatile and easy to use. The quality of the cut and collection into the bag has been improved and technologies already proven in other top-of-the-range models have been added.

The HRN536 VK and HRN536 VY models feature a new 53cm cutting deck and are equipped with the Honda GCVx170, a benchmark in the market.

Honda technologies present in the HRN536VY model

• Variable Speed (Smart Drive®)

Smart Drive® technology allows the ground speed to be adjusted to best suit the user and lawn conditions. Speed is controlled by the Smart Drive® selector mounted on the handlebar, and the new models feature a selector design that has been redesigned for greater ease of use. The transmission has also been modified to allow the rear wheels to turn freely in either direction when the speed selector is not in operation, enabling the mower to turn at tight angles.

• Variable Mulching (Versamow™)

The cutting decks of these new models feature a Versamow™ selector that allows users to quickly switch between mulching and grass collection. Dual MicroCut blades optimise cutting performance, and the new cutting deck design optimises airflow for more efficient mulching and collection. This means that the new 70 litre capacity grass bag is always used to its full potential, even on wet grass.
These two new models also have the possibility of adjusting the cutting height in 7 different and independent positions on the front and rear axle.

• Blade Stop/Clutch (Roto-Stop®)

The HRN 536 VY has similar specifications to the HRN 536 VK , but is additionally equipped with the Roto-Stop®. This feature allows the user to stop the cutting blade while the engine is running. Among the many advantages of Roto-Stop® for the user, the possibility of emptying the bag safely even while the engine is running and of being able to stop the blades while moving between cutting locations stands out.
