Product Description

Pressure Group with Speed Variation E-Tech by Franklin - Nastec formed by the equipment described below:

Two electric pumps from the E-Tech-Franklin brand of American origin, model EH , formed by monobloc centrifugal horizontal pumps, equipped with an electric motor for current 1~230 Volts, 50 Hz, 2890 Rpm, horizontal assembly with 304 stainless steel turbines and diffusers .

Autoclave tank with 8 L capacity, with food-grade rubber membrane pre-charged with air, with covered bottoms.
2" compression manifold in 304 stainless steel.
2" suction manifold in 304 stainless steel.
Check valves on each pump.
Compression sectionalizing valves for each pump.
General shut-off valve.
Laying base
An electrical power cabinet, consisting of groups of circuit breakers, general cut-off switch, terminal strip.
Two pressure transducers.
Two speed variators from Nastec model MIDA , of Italian origin, installed on the electric pumps. MIDA is a frequency converter dedicated to improving hydraulic flow control in areas.

The operation of the variator meets the most demanding demands for comfort through constant flow or proportional pressure (compensation of increase and load losses in the network due to increased flow), smoothly providing the necessary output without current peaks or water hammer due to smooth starting and stopping. This system reduces energy costs and maintenance costs.
