Product Description

Quadro de Nível para Poço/Furo

Control and protection of electric pumps used in the supply of water under pressure and irrigation systems, through the extraction of water in wells, artesian holes or other reservoirs.

Apresentação

- Plastic box 250x200x140 mm in gray ABS RAL7035 with hinge and transparent polycarbonate lid.
- Danfoss / WEG contactor and thermal relay.
- Level relay for protection in case of lack of water.
- Automatic, manual or off operation, controlled by a 3-position switch with protective cap.
- Connection for remote start/stop command (P11-P12) (pressure switch, float or others).
- Protection against short circuits through circuit breaker.
- Protection against overloads through thermal relay.
- Indication of lack of water (red LED on the level relay).
- Indication of frame in automatic operation (yellow light).
- Indication of engine on (green light).
- Indication of thermal trip (red light).
- 4 cable glands, for passing the connection cables.

Como Funciona

After making all the connections correctly, the thermal relay must be adjusted according to the nominal current of the motor. The switchboard must have all signals turned off until the switch in the command circuit is turned to the automatic position (AUT), at which point the yellow indicator lights up.

If the start/stop command (P11-P12) closes, the level relay turns on (yellow LED on the level relay), and reads the water level through the probes (in the well, hole, tank, etc.) . If the water is above the maximum level probe, the level relay indicates it is on (green LED on the level relay) and the pump turns on (green light), switching off if the start/stop command opens or if the water goes below of the minimum level probe (red LED on the level relay).

With the control circuit switch in the manual position (I), the pump starts, regardless of the status of the start/stop command (P11-P12).

Tripping of the thermal relay due to overload (red light) switches off the pump, regardless of the status of any of the commands.

With the control circuit switch in the manual position, the pump starts, regardless of the status of the start/stop command.
