EDS PW fixed membrane vessel

EDS autoclaves with non-replaceable membrane are especially suitable for a wide range of applications, including booster systems, thermal expansion, irrigation systems and water hammer absorption (hydraulic shock) .

The EDS series with non-replaceable diaphragm consists of a virgin polypropylene liner with a WRAS -certified high-grade butyl diaphragm . This diaphragm is attached to the inner wall of the tank via a steel ring. The bronze air valve, sealed with a screw-on O-ring cap, prevents air leaks. Water enters the tank through a stainless steel connection. Both the diaphragm and liner are reinforced in the areas subject to the greatest wear, thus increasing the tank's service life.

All internal parts , including the air valve, are rounded to prevent diaphragm puncture under extreme conditions . The water connection features a unique air/water seal that provides the container with complete airtightness and eliminates the need for any maintenance.

Externally, the almond-colored polyurethane paint finish over an epoxy base coat provides hundreds of hours of protection against UV rays and sea spray.

EDS Autoclaves with non-replaceable membrane are subjected to several quality tests at all stages of the production chain to guarantee the structural integrity of all manufactured vessels .
