Product Description

Digital electronic control and protection relay, specially developed for the protection of submersible motors and pumps, through voltage and intensity control.

Description:
Modular box (3 modules) for DIN rail application.
Programmable maximum and minimum intensities from 0 to 15.9A.
Relay indication with supply voltage (10-11/10-12), via yellow LED (PWR).
Indication of over-intensity and under-intensity errors on the display.
Indication of the waiting time for automatic reset on the display.
Display indication of overvoltage and undervoltage errors.
Open start/stop command display indication.
Front indication of the relay's nominal supply voltage.
Side indication of the operating diagram.
Indication of engine consumption on the display.
Indication of closed start/stop command (8-9), via green LED (COM).
Indication of connected output relay (17-18), via green LED (OUT).

How it works:
If the start/stop control (8-9) is open, a command open (CO) message will appear on the display.

When the start/stop command (8-9) closes, signaled by the respective LED, and if there are no anomalies, the output relay (17-18) will close, signaled by the respective LED and the indication on the display of the value of the existing intensity.

If the minimum intensity limit is reached for a period of time greater than 4 seconds, it will turn off the output relay and the underintensity error message “EIL” and the time (in minutes) remaining for the automatic reset. Automatic reset will be attempted 3 times, with the first two intervals of 5 minutes (factory pre-defined value but with the possibility of being changed by the user), with the last reset attempted after 99 minutes, after which the relay switches off definitively, leaving the underintensity error message “EIL”. Resetting the relay will only be possible by pressing the reset button, interrupting the start/stop command or temporarily cutting off the power supply.

If the maximum intensity limit is exceeded for a period of time greater than 4 or 8 seconds, depending on the overload verified, this will cause the output relay to be switched off and the high overcurrent error message “EIH” will be displayed on the display. Resetting the relay is only possible by pressing the reset button, interrupting the start/stop command or temporarily cutting off the power supply.

The limit values for voltage are pre-defined at 195V for the minimum voltage and 240V for the maximum voltage. Exceeding these limits does not alter the functioning of the relay, only causing it to indicate an intermittent error message of undervoltage (EUL) or overvoltage (EUH)
